In between celebrity spottings, guests will be able to rock out to the musical stylings of famed DJ Erick La Peau. The DJ has made a name for himself by collaborating with industry giants like Jennifer Lopez, Wyclef Jean,
Kimora Lee Simmons, Ciara and Jay Z.

How will other celebs be welcoming in 2010? Rumors suggest that perennial party girl Paris Hilton will celebrate New Year's Eve down under for the second year in a row. Last year the heiress unexpectedly popped up at a pub in Sydney, Australia. It was reported by the Daily Telegraph that Paris and her sister Nicky were paid approximately $540,000 by promoters for their appearance at the Piano Room in Kings Cross.
