Vanessa Hudgens celebrates her 21st birthday

Vanessa Hudgen's isn't in high school anymore! The actress just turned 21, and she had quite a birthday. Eonline.com reports the actress' boyfriend, "High School Musical" co-star Zac Efron, organized a surprise bash for the brunette beauty at East, and invited nearly 100 people.

Other partygoers included fellow Disney alums like Selena Gomez, Brittany Snow, Ashley Tisdale and Corbin Bleu.

Efron told the source that hosting SNL was easier than keeping the party a secret from Hudgens.

The birthday girl reportedly made a heartfelt speech to all of her guests before blowing out the candles on her birthday cake. Then Hudgens and pals hit the dance floor to Lady Gaga tunes.

It was also reported that Hudgens and Efron were especially cute and cuddly at the shindig. The pair has been dating since they met while filming the first "High School Musical." The couple has been dodging engagement rumors over the past few months.
