Fun in the Snow

It's November! That means snow will be falling from the sky before you know it!

There are an abundance of activities you can do out in the snow! Don't bum around inside this year! Go out and have some fun in the snow!

Build a Snow House

If enough pack-able snow has fallen, this activity is perfect for you! Build walls and furniture with the snow!

Don't worry about building a roof! It is easier to build without one, and it won't collapse!

Once you have finished, you can play an outdoor version of house! Make more than one snow house if you want, and build paths from house to house by shoveling a walkway!

Snow Paint

This creative activity can be fun for children and parents! All you need is a few spray bottles filled with water and food coloring!

Express your artistic side all over the snow! Since the sun will end up melting the snow at some point, there is no cleanup for this paint job!

Slippery Tug-of-War

If you have got a bigger group of kids over for a play date, this game is the one to choose! All you need is a rope and two sleds!

Divide the kids into two teams. They sit on the sleds and pull the rope as hard as they can. Whichever team pulls the other onto their side wins!

It is impossible for anyone to be bored this winter! As the snow keeps falling, more possibilities are emerging!
