These hats were used as part of our teacher appreciation week. The teachers loved the hats and the PTA received many compliments on them and how well they related to our Dr Seuss theme.

We used these as part of our "Grinch that stole Christmas" party. They were a huge hit and helped brighten the party mood and atmosphere. They are pretty good quality and we will definately be using them again and again for other parties.

I am heavily involved in Girl Scouts and other groups and am a firm believer in choosing a theme and running with it. Windy City helps me accomplish tasks with great joy and little effort, while keeping the prices very reasonable. Their website is categorized and easy to use; same for their catalogue. Marvelous selection that keeps the creative juices flowing for events. I'd like to see them expand their selection even MORE and look forward to doing more shopping for haunted house enhancements come Fall.[...]Overall very happy with the company; will definitely use again for the next event.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery has been consistently prompt; products in good shipping condition. Have yet to need to use their customer service department -- a positive thing! I would like to see Windy City go quite a bit more "green", as the shipping boxes used are often grossly oversized for the product shipped. Also, it seems that the s/h prices are comparatively higher than necessary. Making up for low prices of products? Hope not.
