                I am heavily involved in Girl Scouts and other groups and am a firm believer in choosing a theme and running with it. Windy City helps me accomplish tasks with great joy and little effort, while keeping the prices very reasonable. Their website is categorized and easy to use; same for their catalogue. Marvelous selection that keeps the creative juices flowing for events.                 I loved these hats, but I ordered them for Dr. Seuss Day at school and the sizes really ranged. It made it hard to just pass them out. Not to mention that about a dozen of the hats had holes, due to poor stitching. Other than that I liked the design!!!
