7/13/2010 Although it is negatively referred to as being "over the hill," turning 40 is a significant milestone in a persons life. To make it that far, one must have had to overcome at least some obstacle and achieved a certain level of success that is worth celebrating. Still, many people consider it to be the first step toward becoming old, and dread the date when it finally arrives. Of course, everyone know turning 40 is not the terrible spectacle it is made out to be, so why not throw a fantastic 40th birthday party for that special someone instead.
