We have taken a High Quality (U.S. made) 14'' WHITE Latex Balloons, (Red is red balloon) and pre-attached it to a one way valve (patents pending). Inside the valve are 3 High Powered L.E.D's. that have multi modes: Slow Blink, Fast Blink, or Constant On. Finally, attached to the valve is a 6' white ribbon. Packed 10 assorted Lumi-Loons in resealable bags 4 RED, 3 WHITE & 3 BLUE. Please order in increments of 1 bag (10 Lumi Loons).
Please Note: The valve on the LUMI-LOON is designed to be inflated using a either Helium Tank or Compressed Air Supply. The patent pending valve creates a very tight seal to stop air from leaking but by doing so prevents the balloon from being inflated by mouth.
