Our NEW & IMPROVED BALLOON LIGHT. Great way to advertise, celebrate and decorate your upcoming BIRTHDAY PARTY. This is a party planners dream come true for any BIRTHDAY EVENT. An imprinted Balloon,  Light Source, Easy fill One Way Valve and attached 6' Ribbon. This item is soooo cool that a patent has issued and more patents are pending. We have taken a High Quality (U.S. made) 14'' WHITE Latex Balloon with an ALL AROUND HAPPY BIRTHDAY imprint, and pre-attached it to a one way valve.  Inside the valve are 3 High Powered GREEN, RED BLUE or WHITE L.E.D.that has multi modes: Slow Blink, Fast Blink, or Constant On.  Attached to the valve is a 6' white ribbon. Packed in resealable bags of 10 pieces per assortment. Please order in increments of 1 bag (10 pieces).

Please Note: The valve on the LUMI-LOON is designed to be inflated using a either Helium Tank or Compressed Air Supply with a black latex straight inflator.     Do you have to buy a special pump inflator for these lumi loons? or can they be blown up with a regular helium tank?

      They can be blown up with a regular helium tank, we recommend using a latex inflator as opposed to the needle inflator.

            Balloons did not stay afloat very long. When filled too full they easily popped. When filled, what we thought was proper amount, did not float for more than an hour. Still, very cute, festive and original with the LED lights. Wouldn't purchase again.

            Artwork Specifications for Imprinting

            We can accept artwork in P.C. or Mac formats. Digital Format Requirements: All art should be sent as Vector files with all type Converted to outlines or curves. Four spot colors MAX. Send digital files, either by email or cd. Custom ink colors may incur a $15.00 ink mixing fee.


            In order to expedite an order, if possible when sending art files please list a contact name and purchase order number. Compress files as .zip, .rar, .sit or .sea whenever possible. Files created in the following software programs are accepted: Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps, .pdf) and Corel Draw (.cdr).
