      The outside brim measures approximately 2", the depth of the crown is approximately 4 inches and the inside brim is approximately 2 1/2inches.

              The white gangster hats are not as nice as the glossy black ones when you have them side by side. The plastic is thin so you can see through the hat when wearing. We used these to support our black and white party theme and they did the job. However, the black ones are the better choice. Also, they are hard to pull apart so be PATIENT or you will crimp the plastic or damage the black paper stripe.

              Artwork Specifications for Imprinting

              We can accept artwork in P.C. or Mac formats. Digital Format Requirements: All art should be sent as Vector files with all type Converted to outlines or curves. Four spot colors MAX. Send digital files, either by email or cd. Custom ink colors may incur a $15.00 ink mixing fee.


              In order to expedite an order, if possible when sending art files please list a contact name and purchase order number. Compress files as .zip, .rar, .sit or .sea whenever possible. Files created in the following software programs are accepted: Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps, .pdf) and Corel Draw (.cdr).
