      They will last for 2-3 hours and are not battery powered, they are like glow sticks.

                  I ordered this item for our annual Halloween party. We had about 220 guest and purchased these stirrers for our signature drink. They didn't glow very brightly. The bar tending service that we hired suggested that we not use them since they didn't really make a difference. All of the other items we purchased from WindyCity were fabulous.
