          THIS WAS FOR A LOCAL FETIVAL IN MY HOME TOWN, LILAC FESTIVAL. HENCE THE " PURPLE " COLOR ORDERED! HAT WAS COOL, AND GOOD VALUE, BUT IS AWFULLY LARGE! IT ONLY FIT ON MY HEAD ( WHICH IS RATHER LARGE ) BECAUSE! I WORE A WIG! THEY WERE A GREAT HIT! HOWVER, EVERY ADULT WHO I GAVE ONE TO, IT WAS MUCH TOO BIG FOR THEM!
