          I purchased four hats to use at Burning Man and am painting them, applying fabric, etc. They worked extremely well for this - the material is thin enough to staple also, which helps.

              We are using these Top Hats in Blacklite Programs with our Youth Group at our Church. We have used them a couple of times and This time when we do our Program for Halloween we need some more. We had ordered 4 the first time and ordered 4 more this time. We really like them even though the are not expensive they have held up good to teenagers handling and using them. We needed the inexpensive because we do work on a tight budget so we need good quality for the money and these were that.
