Our pirate hat has flashing eyes in its scull and cross bones. Each eye is lit by high powered L.E.D.'s. Sold by the piece, this pirate hat makes the perfect favor for your shipmates at your pirate theme party.  One size fits most.  Two AG-13 batteries  are included and installed. Please order by the piece.

    Do you know the inside circumference of this hat ? I need to fit a 23 inch head and most hats seem to be too small !

        These hats were surprising great quality. The LED flashing eyes were a big hit with all ages. It fits easily on any size head and looks great on everyone. A very nice novelty pirate hat.

              I was pleasantly surprised that the hat actually fit. I am not a hat wearer, and find most hats too small for my liking. The problem was that the flashing eyes were inconsistent. They worked sometimes, and other times not. Could not depend on the "bling" value. If you don't care about that, and need a generous sized pirate hat this is the one for you.
