Birthday Cake Hat L.E.D. Candles Description

Light the candles on your hat and sing Happy Birthday. On our velvet birthday cake hat, the candles  light up with L.E.D.'s built inside the flames. Batteries (2 pieces, type AG-13) are included and installed. One size fits most. Our velvet Happy Birthday cake hat is sold by the piece.  Please order in increments of 1 hat.

          First purchased hat and the it would not light up. Company sent replacement hat and that one once turned on would not turn off. Poor design. Should receive a refund on that hat.

          I was disappointed the wire broke that made it light up. I called and asked for a refund, but it was a gift and you asked for a photo. I do not want to ask the child I gave it to to take a photo, or go to their home and take a photo, so that was the end of that situation. I felt like my money was wasted.
