I am a professional musician and my band likes to let our crowd feel part of the show. We let our fans use tambourines during our shows. Our problem is - they constantly get stolen! We needed CHEAP tambourines that wasn't breaking the bank every time they got stolen. These tambourines worked PERFECTLY and were high enough quality! My ONLY complaint is that the blinking lights turn off too easily when striking the tambourine. Yes, they easily turn back on with the switch, but the fact it shuts off so easily kind of defeats the purpose of the blinking lights...

We used these in a choreographed musical number in a high school musical. The tambourines looked flashy and the kids loved them. We did, however, have problems with some of them not lighting up correctly. I'm glad we ordered extras.

I purchased 3 of this product for a charity dancing event that my family and I did together. We did a latin inspired line dance and wanted something to jazz up the performance. This prop definitely served it's purpose and was a complete surprise and delight for the viewers, and was a great value since we didn't have to spend much for a big impact.

The only issue we had with the product was that when we were transporting them back and forth to rehearsals and such, they sometimes would show a sort of glitch where they would blink irradically and couldn't be turned off or reset. We had to take the batteries out (which required tools, so it wasn't the easiest) to reset it - it happened on 2 of the 3 products.

Overall, however, we were pleased with the product, though our usage was short-lived so if you need them for a longer timeframe, I would be careful with the quality or immediately change the batteries to a more reliable brand.

These don't last that long, probably because they take such abuse. I have one that will not turn off at all. They crack very easily, but for the price...you can't really complain.

Not only did you light up the stage but also the faces of my special education students! I have a wall length mirror in my music room. We turned off the lights and watched ourselves perform in the mirror! Spec Ed students thought this was the coolest thing to play! Best purchase all year!

Sometimes you really had to sit there and count 4 times to hit the button to turn them off.

When taking it out of the box I was pleasantly surprised to see that it was larger than I expected. But was extremely disappointed after I pulled the tab to find out that the batteries were dead, so I had to leave, go to the store, buy batteries and a small screwdriver just to get to use my tambourine. Upon placing the batteries in, I saw that the spring inside is a little wonkey. So I know this won't last as long as I would like it to. I enjoyed using it the night I did, but it's a little on the pricey side for being something more disposable than I expected.

These are fun, but the batteries don't last long and are difficult to replace so I need to order more to replace the broken ones. Service was EXCELLENT! Received in one day!
