    Loved the hats, bought 30, but around 10 of them had an issue with one or more of the blinky stars. They blink fast so it wasn't that noticable, but still would have liked to have all stars working.

    I ordered the same product last year and was pleased. Not so this year as I had many unhappy students at our classroom party as many hats had non-working lights. White wires were unattached and could not be fixed.Decorations were fabulous.[...]Haven't opened the bunny ears yet.
