This hat is adorable. The lights flash off and on. We got non flashing hats for the party guests and this one for the Birthday boy. He was the envy of all and very proud of his cool wizard hat.

This was The Perfect Hat for our occasion. We loved it! The only negative thing I can say about this hat is that it wouldn't stand up at all like it did in the picture (couldn't get it to a point), but with the flashing and how beautiful it looked on my husband with his Wizard costume, it was still well worth it! Thanks for providing such a great item at a wonderful value!!! We appreciated it!

A special hat for the real great IT wizard. Not just the average pointy hat - sparkles and flashes letting everyone know this 'guy' knows his stuff. Got great laughs and it gets used every day! I think it helps 'em fix the problem. Might actually have some magic in 'em.

I ordered these hats for my son's 9th glow-in-the-dark birthday party. I was VERY disappointed when they arrived. Most of the hats arrived individually wrapped in there own clear plastic bag. However, 4 or 5 where just thrown in the box. Each of those hats were missing the balls around the rim of the hat. I found some of the balls in the box, so I could glue them back on, but not all the balls were present. Also, the balls around the rim of this hat DO NOt flash, as indicated in the photo. They are simply covered with red string and are only decorative. Since they don't flash, the hat's would look better without these balls. The parts that light up on the actual body of this hat, are small. So this hat really isn't very bright. It isn't that much fun.
