We are using these hats for ticket drops for raffles. We are adding ribbon and a bottom and cutting a slit in the top. These hats are perfect for our needs and the price is great!

This was an amazing purchase. We Celebrated Our Wedding Anniversary @ Homeless Shelter and gave these out to approx 200 Homeless Men & Women as Honoring them as our Guest. What a Mitzvah! It was a thrill to see them don..their "Top Hats" in Regal Style.. Kudos!

We used the Top Hats as the base of our Balloon Centerpieces. A hole was cut in the top of the hats, a balloon weight situated in the center of hole held the balloons down. The themed party colors (black, metallic silver, & garnet) were brought to our tables by inserting those color tissue papers along with silver metallic garland into the Top Hat hole. Some of our hats were further decorated with silver garland while others were done with silver foil glitter. Very colorful display.

Great hats! We used the top hats on mounted trophy animals at the local Rod & Gun club so they could be elegant invited guests at a wedding reception. Everyone loved the look and the hats.

Hats are a little small and flimsy, but for the price and my purposes (1 time use), they did the job. They were easy to spray paint as well.

I purchased these hats to be used in our city's holiday parade. The theme was magical. We dressed as magicians and hats were perfect. I did add elastic to keep on head cause of the wind. i used duct tape to attach elastic inside hat. It was perfect. Great for the price [...] i highly recommend this company and products.

These hats were fine as a party favor (together w/ the magic wands) for my son's 5th Magic birthday party. The kids enjoyed them - just not sure how long they'll last. They were hard to separate from one another and easily crushable.

We needed a lot of inexpensive Top Hats to identify Bike Rodeo Judges so the kids knew who to pay attention to during various Bike Rodeo events. We simply taped "Judge" to the front of of the Top Hat which worked just fine. Good Product that met our exact need without having an overbearing cost. Thank You.

Tried to use this at a student college union. Hats without flaws were nice to look at but didn't fit most students. Quality not consistent--some very nice others very thin almost see-through. Seem to become fragile because of how they are packed. Received many with pinholes and some with holes much larger. Tight packing wrinkled/ruined hats even before I could try to separate them. Could not get replacements, because WCN found the rest of their inventory was not in sellable condition.
