Yes, each one of our 13 inch fiber optic light up centerpieces have an on/off switch. I would say they weight a little over a pound when they have the batteries in them.

Our 13 inch fiber optic light up centerpieces do not have a white setting but you can achieve a purpleish setting by using the red/blue combination.

Yes, our 13 inch fiber optic light up centerpiece can be set to a variety of colors and color settings. It has individual red, blue and green LED bulbs that can be set on each individual color or a combination of the three.
