It worked great on walls. I stupidly put a sign across a picture frame and pulled some finish off when I removed the cushions. I should have thought of that.

I thought sticky tack would be better than masking tape for hanging my party decorations (posters) but the blue color of the sticky tack transferred to the paint on my walls. It did wash off, but I'll go with masking tape next time. If the product was color-less, I'd buy it and use it again.

Used product to hang items on walls for 24 hours and realized that there was damage to the textured walls when we tried to take the decorations down. Would not recommend.
