      No, I do not think they will but you can adjust them with safety pins and secure them with bobby pins.

              i bought the hats fora group of 10 year old "disco birthday party' The parents loved the hats, but there was a problem.vthe hats were to big, the elastic in the back did not help and the girls could not ware them because of saftey on the rink. very sad moment
