I bought this to wear as the narrator of a Patriotic Singalong for the 4th of July. The tiara was pretty small, but I was able to wear it. First of all, I have a fairly small head, but I did truly wear it more-or-less on the top of my head. I bought two, and my friend leading the singalong (who has LOTS of hair) wore it more like a headband and had no problem with it. They were lots of fun, and we turned on the lights during our big finale of Lee Greenwood's God Bless the USA. They were a big hit...and great souvenirs of the event (I let the music leader keep hers!). Great for the price, and so much fun!! I bought two (initially) in case they were flimsy and one came broken, but they are quite sturdy, and I was glad to have one to share. This is the only site that had something like I was looking for -- it really was perfect!!

I loved this! and the best part was that no one even knew it was lit up until the sun went down LOL! Only downside is that it was a little small / tight and the pointy little combs that hold it on were a bit uncomfortable by the end of the night. But it was worth it!
