We had a family reunion with a patriotic theme and since our son was just back from Afghanistan, we purchased a welcome home banner and balloons from Windy City. I had never purchased any thing like this before but this buy was certainly not regretted! Great quality--in fact, I had checked on the banners elsewhere and they wanted $73 and that was without the grommets! Great quality and great company. They don't "gouge" you in their prices and are quick to send your merchandise. I would certainly recommend them to you as I did get cards and flag toothpicks too along with bubble blowers and other items. It must have been impressive, because I was asked where I got all of these things and told how nice they were.
