I ordered two dozen of these caps as party enhancers for my nephew's going away party for Navy boot camp. It really added a lot to the party. At first, only the little cousins were wearing them, which was adorable, but eventually the adults had them on also. We also bought the large pack of patriotic tattoos and set up a tattoo station for all of the "sailors" to get tattooed. By party's end, everyone had American flags or "USA" tats, as well as the red white and blue leis around their necks. These products from Windy City gave our party the extra special touch to make a lasting memory. I also bought many of the red white and blue table centerpieces from WCN. I will definitely shop here again. The prices are reasonable, quality is great. No complaints!

Was used for a retirement party--we all decorated ours with different colored sharpies and wore them all day long. Great value for a dozen--just wish you could get fewer than a dozen rather than be limited to ordering in multiples of a dozen.

Had an "Anchor's Away" 4th of July party and each child received a hat with their name embroidered on it. They loved them and they continued to wear them after the party was over. These hats were so much better than the first set I had purchased.
I was much more pleased.

Opened package of folded hats made of the cheapest materials available. Wrinkled with brim folded down. Not like a sailor hat should be. I tried to press them, thinking I could get the hats brim to turn up. The inside facing they used melted all over my iron. Had a good laugh over that, while cleaning my iron. All the while thinking here is another piece of overseas junk that we are stuck buying.
