Our Premium Balloon sealers are designed to seal balloons of most common sizes. Inflate the balloon and twist the opening into the sealer. A white ribbon is already pre-attached to the sealer. Packed in a poly bag of 100 pieces. Please order in increments of 1 poly bag.
