    Comments about 12' Strand of Hanging New Years Garland Decoration with Top Hats and Stars:

    The hats are too light in weight for their designed purposed - not enough weight in stars to give that pull from gravity. The plastic they are attached with can be bent [...] and once that happens, the starts bend up or out to the side and not where you need them to be. Poor construction.
