We got these for my daughter's Perry the Platypus Spy Party and they were perfect! They were must less expensive than what I could find locally and much better quality. They weren't plasticy at all. They did have the hot glue gun "spider webbing" but it was easily removed. Overall, I was very impressed and the kids loved them. And thanks for such quick shipping. I would definately buy from Windy City again.

I purchases these hats for my sons Spy birthday party. I was so happy when I got them. Great quality for the price! They were not plasticy at all. The boys loved them! And not one of them riped, had material come off or flattened during the party. And thats saying something with 10 7 year olds! They were big, so they kept flying off heads, but I knew that when I bought them.

I am a middle school chorus director and we had a show choir this year for MPA festival. The girls were performing "Blue Skies" and we wanted to get fedoras, but didn't have a big budget. I was blown away with the quality of these hats for such a low price. They look even better than they do in the picture, and were less than $2.00 a hat! I will use Windy City Novelites again!

My son and his friends wanted Fedora's so they could look like the Rat Pack for some of the Wedding Photos. I didn't want real expensive hats because I figured they would only wear them once so I ordered the ones from Windy City. They were GREAT!! They did not look cheap and they were big enough to fit even my 6'5" nephew's head comfortably. Pictures turned out really classy in Black and White. Thank you so much

Used at a Sinatra-themed casino party and they added just the right flair. The brim ribbon is hot-glued on, which left airy strings of glue which had to be removed before wear - took about 30 minutes to clean 4 dozen. They also have a slight petroleum odor which disappeared after being unpacked and left to air out overnight. For the price, I was delighted with the product - and the fast service.

We bought a stack of these for a casino theme wedding reception and handed them out to assorted guests/wedding party. Great customer service. Hats were of great value except they had glue strings all over them and some had felt coming off the brim. Not for large head sizes. Still worth the money except I had to order 24 to get 14 hats which made them cost more then worth.
