        This was a perfect party favor for a friend's 40th birthday! Everyone thought they were great! I embellished the hats a bit with a sequin band and added strings so they could be tied under the chin. I did this because my head is on the smaller side and it was pretty loose. Overall it was fun & inexpensive. We definitely all stood out in a crowd in our pink hats!
