Our NEW & IMPROVED BALLOON LIGHT. This is a party planner's dream come true! ALL IN ONE UNIT, a 14" WHITE Balloon, High Powered Light Source, Easy Fill One Way Valve and an Attached 6' White Ribbon. This item is soooo cool that a Patent has been issued and additional Patents are Pending. We have taken a High Quality (U.S. made) 14'' WHITE Latex Balloon, and pre-attached it to a one way valve. Inside the valve are 3 High Powered GREEN L.E.D's that have three modes: Slow Blink, Fast Blink, or Constant On.  Finally, attached to the valve is a 6' white ribbon. Please order in increments of 1 bag (10 Lumi Loons).

Please Note:  The valve on the LUMI-LOON is designed to be inflated using a either Helium Tank or Compressed Air Supply. The patent pending valve creates a very tight seal to stop air from leaking but by doing so prevents the balloon from being inflated by mouth. It can be inflated using a standard bicycle/car inflator. THIS BALLOON CAN NOT BE INFLATED BY MOUTH.
