Don't worry about your helium balloon bouquets taking off, tie them to our 2.5" white  foil balloon weight and place them where you need them.  If white fits your color scheme, add these 2.5" to accent your balloon decor. Our white balloon weights have a loop to easily attach the balloon bouquets and  are sold by the piece. Please order in increments of 1 piece.
