Don't worry about your helium balloon bouquets taking off, tie them to our 2.5" red foil balloon weight and place them where you need them.  If red fits your color, add these 2.5" to accent your decor. Our red balloon weights have a loop to easily attach balloons. They are sold by the piece. Please order in increments of 1 piece.
