Don't worry about your helium balloon bouquets taking off, tie them to our 2.5" black foil balloon weight and place them where you need them.  If black fits your color, add these 2.5" to accent your decor. Our black balloon weights have a loop to easily attach the filled balloons.  Black balloon weights are sold by the piece. Please order in increments of 1 piece.
