Dress your balloon bouquet for a black tie party with our 3" black top hat balloon weight accented with silver. Our black top hat balloon weight can also be used to hold a photo, be a placecard favor or to hold table numbers.  Each balloon weight is sold by the piece. Balloon weight is 6.8 oz's. Please order in increments of 1 piece.
