I have bought these hats a few times. I work in an Assisted Living Facility and we make sure every resident and staff member has one for Oktoberfest. Often residents like to keep them so slowly they dwindle and I repurchase. They are durable to save and reuse year to year. The ropes often pull off of the hat but can easily be stapled or glued back on. If not for that I would give these hats a 5 star rating. We also use them for St. Patrick's day. Love them.

This is a cute, cheap hat, and would have worked fine but it is way too small for an adult head! I'd have to pay a 25% re-stocking fee and send it back, so instead I just gave it to a kid.
