Our NEW & IMPROVED BALLOON LIGHT. Great way to decorate for your upcoming SWEET 16 BIRTHDAY PARTY. This is a party planners dream come true for any BIRTHDAY EVENT. An imprinted Balloon,  Light Source, One Way Valve and attached 6' Ribbon. This item is soooo cool that a patent has issued and more patents are pending. We have taken a High Quality (U.S. made) 14'' pink latex balloon with a HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEET 16 imprint, and pre-attached it to a one way valve. Inside the valve are Hi Powered WHITE L.E.D's that have multi modes: Slow Blink, Fast Blink, or Constant On. Packed in resealable bags of 10 pieces per assortment. Please order in increments of 1 bag (10 pieces).

Please Note: The valve on the LUMI-LOON is designed to be inflated using a either Helium Tank or Compressed Air Supply with a black latex straight inflator. The patent pending valve creates a very tight seal to stop air from leaking but by doing so prevents the balloon from being inflated by mouth. It can be inflated using a standard bicycle/car inflator. THIS BALLOON CAN NOT BE INFLATED BY MOUTH.

      A:

      You can use a helium tank to inflate them and they will float or you can use pressurized air to inflate them. They will last for 6-8 hours.

                I used this product for my daughter's sweet 16 dance. When we filled them with helium they would not float. They were too heavy...so we had to place them on the floor...but they were still unique, kids loved them, and they added extra light to the dance floor.

                  Half of the lights didnt work. The balloons didnt hold air well. it was a waste of my money for the most part since I didnt get to use all the balloons as planned for my daughters 16th party. I ordered 2 boxes at that!

                  got these for a sweet sixteen party. was very disappointed in the product. the balloons hardly gave off any light at all. you really had to study them to see that they were actually lit up. the balloons were only showing light just above the knot. That's it.

                  We can accept artwork in P.C. or Mac formats. Digital Format Requirements: All art should be sent as Vector files with all type Converted to outlines or curves. Four spot colors MAX. Send digital files, either by email or cd. Custom ink colors may incur a $15.00 ink mixing fee.


                  In order to expedite an order, if possible when sending art files please list a contact name and purchase order number. Compress files as .zip, .rar, .sit or .sea whenever possible. Files created in the following software programs are accepted: Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps, .pdf) and Corel Draw (.cdr).
