ALL IN ONE UNIT 14" WHITE balloons printed with an award statue, Light Source, Easy Fill One Way Valve and an attached 6' Ribbon. This item is soooo cool that a Patent has been issued and additional Patents are Pending. We have taken a High Quality (U.S. made) 14" assorted Latex Balloons, and pre-attached it to a one way valve.
