I ordered these tye-dye balloons for my grandchildren's combined birthday celebration.
The theme was Tye Dye. All of the guests tye-dyed
a shirt, onsie or whatever. Even some grown-ups
got into it. It was a complete success. My daughter said, "Mom, these balloons were the best
I have ever had. They looked like they were hand
painted." Everyone commented on how beautiful they were. She ordered some other products from you after she saw the quality of these balloons.

Great quality....couldn't find too many places that carried something similar. These were purchased for a 60s theme party and when blew them up....we lost about 3 of them....but apart from that, we really loved [...] what great quality it was.This wash first time buying something from windy city novelties and I would definitely be back!

These balloons are beautiful. The only reason I did not give them a 5-star rating is that they're base color is yellow, not white, as it appears to be in the photos--so they are primarily yellow and green. Otherwise, they're perfect, groovy, fun, and unbelievably thick. We're looking forward to using them for my son's and niece's graduation party.

Make sure you read the "terms and conditions" before you buy (that would be the tiny link found at the bottom of the order form.) If you need to return the product, they charge you a whopping 25% restocking fee. The picture on their website showed that these balloons were a vibrant pastel color. The ones I received were a dark jewel tone color. I really needed the pastel colors to go with my paper products and theme of the party. Very disappointing and I lose money on the whole ordeal!
