Our Happy Birthday blinky has 4 LED's, 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 blue, and 1 green, and comes individually packaged in a clam shell. Batteries are included and installed.  Our blinky Happy Birthday body lights have a butterfly connector. A butterfly connector may create a small hole in the garment you attach it to.
