This product has been tested and meets all criteria for a light up childs toy. Individually blister carded but packed in groups of 1 dozen (12 pieces) in assorted colors. Please order in increments of 1 dozen (12 pieces). Batteries are included and installed.

I run a Skating Rink in Corpus Christi Texas and this product is a great seller. We do what is called a Black-Out Skate where all the lights are turned off and to be able to skate on the floor you need some sort of glow or LED item. This Item is one of our best sellers. The Kids and Adult alike just Love this product.

My 10 year old daughter handed these out at her Roller Skating party. She had gone roller skating before at another place where they sold these and they all loved them then. So, we decided to buy in bulk here and save some $$$ which we did! Only thing different with these is that the plastic (that goes in the mouth) is actually hard and not the soft bendable kind it was last time. Just not as comfortable but overall they still loved them.
