A truly unique item.  Each AGATE Balloon is individually dipped in a mesmerizing rainbow of different colored inks, making each peace sign tie dye balloon unique. NO TWO ARE EXACTLY THE SAME.  Our peace sign agate balloons are packed in bags of 25 pieces. Please order in increments of 1 bag (25 balloons).

    do i use helium or can we just blow up? if we use these to tie to chairs i'm assuming we need to use helium? I saw comments that these balloons didn't handle helium too well
