Q:
do i use helium or can we just blow up? if we use these to tie to chairs i'm assuming we need to use helium? I saw comments that these balloons didn't handle helium too well

I used these Peace Balloons at a Middle School Dance and they looked awesome. I was really pleased with the vibrant colors and the size of the balloons. The kids loved them too!

Very colorful and unique. The only problem was they wouldn't stay in the air when filled with helium. They were too heavy, which was a disappointment since the goal was to hang them on tables as centerpieces.
