          We used this to decorated my son's high chair for his first birthday. I only ordered one package of the pennants, but it was perfect because it fit all the way around the outer part of the tray. We did a cowboy themed party and this was too cute when he had his smash cake time. Couldn't have found anything that would have looked better!
