This is a party planner's dream come true for a fiesta or Cinco de Mayo party!  ALL IN ONE UNIT 14" white balloons printed with fiesta, Light Source, Easy Fill One Way Valve and an attached 6' Ribbon. This item is soooo cool that a Patent has been issued and additional Patents are Pending. We have taken a High Quality (U.S. made) 14" assorted Latex Balloons, and pre-attached it to a one way valve. Inside the valve are assorted High Powered  L.E.D.'S that have three modes: Slow Blink, Fast Blink, or Constant On.  Finally, attached to the valve is a 6' white ribbon.
