I also bought a birthday hat with flashing candles which my mother preferred over the crown.

The crown DOES include all the numbers and -st, -nd, -rd, -th, so you can use it forever.

Tiara came with number stickers to place on crown. After awhile, stickers started to peel off. Also, very tight fit on head, almost painful.
