I bought these cups to go with the other Bavarian themed paper goods for an Oktoberfest party. I assumed these cups would also be royal blue, as are the forks, knives and other decorations. Unfortunately they are turquoise, and when I wanted to send them back, I found there is a 25% restocking fee, plus I'd have to pay the shipping back. I'm stuck with a ton of cups I'm not going to use.
