KALEIDOSCOPE L.E.D. T-SHIRT Description

Our rainbow electro luminescent t-shirt is a great gift for friends or yourself.  Each XL t-shirt has a large sophisticated kaleidoscope multi color display which is attached to the chest.  The kaleidoscope el wire display is highly visable and mezmerizing.  4 AAA batteries are included.  Each LED t-shirt must be handwashed.  Our LED el wire kaleidoscope t-shirt is sold by the shirt.  Please order in increments of 1 shirt.

    Is this a TRUE XL? I've been reading that these shirts run a size smaller. If you could give chest measurement that would be great.
