Although there were some minor defects with a couple of the original shipmeny of baseball sports banks, Windy City exhibited great customer service and sent me replacements, along with some additional banks, for only a small shipping charge (no charge for the replacements AND we got to keep the original shipment).
I would not hesitate to shop with them again.

We can accept artwork in P.C. or Mac formats. Digital Format Requirements: All art should be sent as Vector files with all type Converted to outlines or curves. Four spot colors MAX. Send digital files, either by email or cd. Custom ink colors may incur a $15.00 ink mixing fee.

In order to expedite an order, if possible when sending art files please list a contact name and purchase order number. Compress files as .zip, .rar, .sit or .sea whenever possible. Files created in the following software programs are accepted: Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps, .pdf) and Corel Draw (.cdr).
