What does it mean by 0.85 for each piece? Does it mean each statue is 0.85?

  If you order anywhere between 1-143 statues, then they are $1 a piece (a statue). If you order 144 or more, then they are $0.85 a statue.

Would you happen to know what the dimensions are for the base only? I want to personalize the statues using gold stickers but I need to know what the base size is before I get the stickers.

we used these little "oscars" as thank you gifts for guests (bonbonieres as we call them here) we also attached little organza gift bags with lipsticks, nail polish, bracelet etc similar to what Holywood stars receive when presenting an award HUGE HIT with the guests (sweet 16 party)

I used these for a Hollywood theme bachelorette party after a night of singing at a karaoke joint. It was a perfect addition to the night to award the ladies with something fun. I ended up adding personalized address sticker labels around the base to complete the award look. I would definitely buy these again!
