initially was going to use as table decor, then decided to give to guests to wear during party. as host i wore it myself. After seeing it on me, everyone wanted one to wear, young and old. it was the hit of the party. A few either flickered or did not turn on at all, but the majority of them were fine, worked all nite, and were easy to use.
