Decorate with stars for a Hollywood, holiday or star studded theme.  Our mega pack of 30 Hollywood swirls is made up of an assortment of 24" metallic swirls come with cutouts attached and 18" metallic swirls. Our Hollywood Mega swirl pack is sold by the pack.  Please order in increments of 1 pack.
