  No, it is not, You will have to use tape or sticky tack to attach it in your doorway.

Q:
I don't quite get it-- Are the holes supposed to be cut out so people can take pictures with their faces in the cut-outs? If so, if it's hanging on the door, how would this work? Or do you attach it to the ceiling somehow and have it hang down. I know I sound stupid, but I don't understand how it works. Thanks.

  You seem to get it. The places where the faces are supposed to be pop out so partygoers can put their faces in the space and you can take fun photos. You can attach in in the doorway with tape and string or tacks.

I liked this but the only problem I had was that all the teens had to get on chairs behind it to make their faces align up w/ the holes...This is a good product but for taller adults (taller than the average teen)
