  A:
  These are made of plastic and the light is controled by a button switch inside the bracelet so they can be turned on and off. Also, these are attached with a snap for easy placement and removal. The wrist bands themselve will last over a 3 day span, but if they are left constantly lit, we cannot guarantee the light or batteries will last that long.
